Yea, it got nasty alright. I went running for the basement when the force of the wind cracked a window in the room I was sitting in. The power went out around 4:30pm and didn't come back on until 3:30am. |

Looks like you had some excitement. I'd recommend going to the NWS website http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ and typing in your zip to get the forecast right from the weather service. They typically provide a hazardous weather outlook on days storms may occur. That sure beats the ole' single raindrop forecast. |
